چکیده
Abstract The article takes a longue durée perspective on the history of State University in Chișinău. More exactly, it sheds new light relations between students and teaching staff at first Moldavian Bessarabian university created by Soviet regime aftermath World War II. Based archival documents, revolves around three main subtopics. one focused mentalities, second everyday life, third ideology. tackles sensitives issues such as amoral or illegal actions both professors, including corruption affairs sexual scandals, how Communist dealt with them these phenomena are connected to ultimate goal, failure, higher education, creating New (Wo)Man.
